The weather here in St. Louis has finally taken a dive south, and a little too close to freezing for my tastes, and while the trees have been so beautiful with their vibrate hues, in the last week they have begun to fade. I love the colors of autumn and when they begin to fade outdoors, it is time to make sure that I bring those colors into my home. With Halloween getting close, and Thanksgiving just around the corner, I came across a few great projects to bring the colors of the falling leaves indoors, where I can stay warm and they won’t fade away. While getting a jump start on some of my holiday decorating. Enjoy!

I couldn't finish off this post without something to fill your home with the smells of Autumn. I love this recipe from Williams Sonoma for Orange Spice Pumpkin bread (I use a large loaf pan (10"x5" 1.5 lb), but keep a close eye and nose while it is baking).
