Halloween Sewing Tip 3

October 18, 2011 in Tips & Tricks

Put your best foot forward  because Halloween is the time for challenging fabrics, and  having the right presser foot for the job can make make the difference in your project’s success.

For silk, velvet, elastic, or other fabrics that are difficult to feed, use a Roller Foot. The textured rollers provide more control and help move the foot freely across various fabric thicknesses.

If you’re sewing on vinyl, leather, suede, and other demanding fabrics, use the Teflon-coated foot. This non-stick foot will allow you to easily create straight and decorative stitches.
