Homemade Gifts are the Best!

February 21, 2013 in General

My coworkers rock! They threw me a baby shower for my little Logan, expected arrival sometime late March! The gifts they gave me were homemade! So so sweet! I thought I would share them to inspire!

I was so impressed when I saw the teddy bear, besides the fact that it is so cute and snuggly, but, I wasn’t sure how they embroidered Logan’s name on it. It’s so cool, you can unzip the bear, take out a stuffed pillow, embroider it, and replace the pillow. So neat! And, adorable!

One of my coworkers knits; isn’t this lil’ sweatshirt and hat awesome?! She’s so talented!

The “Big Sister” sweatshirt was embroidered and the cute ribbon and button were sewn on. I love the embellishment. It matches a cute “Little Brother” onesie they got for Logan! The burp cloth and bib were embellished with an applique whale, embroidered monogram, and a decorative stitch…love them! The bubble fabric is a serged flannel receiving blanket to match!

This embroidered ducky with Logan’s name was created in MasterWorks and stitched out on a towel!
