Quilters 6 months, 3 weeks ago”Does your quilt shop cut or rip your fabric & which do you prefer & why?” -I prefer my cotton quilting fabrics to be ripped rather than cut. Quilters 6 months, 4 weeks agoHere is a good question to ask newbie quilters; How do you first lay out your fabric to cut it out for your quilt blocks- -do you line up your selvage edges first? or – line up the fold & square up according to the folded edge? Does your quilt shop cut or rip your fabric & which do you prefer & why?
