Totally Stitchin by Baby Lock

Totally Stitchin’ 2.0

Welcome to Totally Stitchin’. We wanted to create a place where sewers, crafters and creative folks can share their ideas, get inspired and show their stuff! We want this to be a place where sewers can learn a bit from us and in turn, we learn from them.

So, on our site, you will see:

  • Free and easy projects that you can knock out in about an hour
  • Stitchin’ Women’s stories (women who are doing this as a career or serious art form)
  • Technique videos (Kelly and Kendra show you different features on the A-line machines)
  • Sneak peeks from the inside (we’re a part of Baby Lock sewing machines)
  • Just fun things we’ve seen or ideas we’re working on
  • Event updates (you may see TotallyStitchin’ in your hood)
  • Contests, sewing tips and a glossary

I hope you find it interesting. If you’re so inclined, you can post your opinion.  And if you’re a Stitchin’ Woman, we’d love to know more about you. Click here to join in.

Read on and stitch away.

Could anyone tell me if the babylock, Ellure, has the capability to use Place and Stitch embroidery software?
I would appreciate someone letting me know.
I love this website, I just found it accidently, looking for something else.

  2. Kendra Says:

Place and Stitch embroidery is compatible with the Ellure. The product comes with the outlines and additional designs in the PES format. More information about Place and Stitch can be found here: http://www.amazingdesigns.com/en/viaImagePageTCustom.jsp?searchText=PSE&pd=Place%20%20%20Stitch%20Embroidery. However, be aware of the size of the outline you’re going to stitch, some of them may be too large for the hoop. If they are too large you can certainly use software to split the outline into two hoopings. You can also use the multi-position hoop for a larger embroidery field. Check out the Baby Lock website for additional Ellure accessories: http://www.babylock.com/sewing/ellure/.

We’re glad you enjoy the site. Over the next couple of months we’re going to be making some changes, allowing for easier posts and comments online.
